About me
If you’ve ever felt like something was missing inside — like you weren’t enough, or like no matter what you did, you still didn’t feel seen or safe — I understand.
Not from theory, but from lived experience.I grew up in an environment where emotional connection was absent. Rejection, isolation, and silent self-doubt shaped the early part of my life. For years, I carried a quiet heaviness — trying to be strong on the outside while feeling lost on the inside.But pain, when faced consciously, can become a doorway.I began to walk a different path — not of escape, but of radical self-inquiry. Through Vipassana meditation, the teachings of India and Thailand, yoga, breathwork, and years of solo reflection in nature, I started returning to something real.

To truth.Today, I’m a certified yoga teacher, a wellness guide, and a mindset coach with over 7 years of experience. I help people reconnect with who they truly are — not through surface-level advice, but through deep work that integrates mind, body, and soul.My approach is not spiritual bypassing.
